I’d say this works well for work settings, but I don’t really reach for it on more casual days. It feels a little too office-ready and not relaxed enough for everyday use. My only real gripe is that it’s not super clear who this is actually meant for or what space it’s trying to own, so it ends up feeling a bit stuck in between.

I had to return a dress because the sizing wasn’t quite right, and I was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle. To be fair, the return process was straightforward and the refund came through without any issues. I also did an exchange, which took a few days longer than I would’ve liked, but customer service did get back to me and sorted it out. So yeah, not perfect and definitely not super quick, but I can’t really complain too much in the end...

Delivery was fast, no hassle at all. it was smooth — no drama, just got my stuff quick.

I actually liked the clothes themselves, but the brand kind of let me down when it came to transparency. I tried to find clear details about the fabrics and supply chain, and it felt like they either buried the info or just didn’t bother sharing enough. For what they’re charging, I expected them to be a lot more upfront about sustainability.

I was pleased with my experience on The Fold London site, mainly because the dress I had my eye on was actually in stock in my size. That sounds like a small thing, but with a lot of clothing brands I feel like I get excited about something, pick the color, go to choose my size, and then of course it’s sold out. So it was nice not to have that whole little disappointment happen this time.

The stock information was really clear too, which I appreciated more than I expected. I didn’t have to open loads of tabs or keep clicking back and forth to figure out whether the size was really available or only sort of “maybe” available. The whole process felt straightforward, and checkout was simple enough that I didn’t have time to second-guess myself or get annoyed by extra steps.

My order went through without any problems, and I didn’t get one of those frustrating follow-up emails later saying, “Sorry, actually this is out of stock.” That has happened to me elsewhere, and it’s so irritating because you think you’ve bought the item and then suddenly you haven’t. So overall, this was an easy, smooth shop, and I’d definitely buy from them again

I wore this dress to work and then straight to dinner, and I felt kind of trapped in my schedule with no time to change or fix anything. But it barely wrinkled at all, which was such a relief. I was really happy I didn’t have to lug a steamer around

I’m really happy with my dress from The Fold! The care label was super clear, so I washed it on delicate and it came out perfectly. I was a bit worried it might lose its shape, but it still looks just as good as when I got it. Definitely 5 stars from me

I’m 5’6” and this dress hit at just the right spot!! The proportions felt really good on me too... it just fit way better than I expected!!!

I’ve had this for a while now, and even with regular use, it’s still holding up well. I actually noticed it again the other day while I was cleaning up and moving stuff around, and it reminded me that I haven’t had any issues with it so far. Happy with it overall.

I’ve bought from The Fold a few times now and overall I do think the quality is good. The fabrics feel nice and the pieces look smart, which is why I keep going back. But the sizing has been a little confusing for me. One dress in my normal size fit perfectly, then another one in the same size was tight at the waist but somehow loose on the shoulders, which doesn’t really make sense but that’s how it felt. Returns were fine, nothing major to complain about there, I just wish the fit was more reliable. I’d probably still order again, but I’d definitely check measurements more carefully next time.

Not gonna lie, it’s not exactly cheap, but the quality really does make it feel worth the money.

I stopped by the showroom expecting a normal shopping visit, but it was disappointing. The staff barely acknowledged me, even though I was clearly looking around and could have used some help. The fitting rooms also felt messy and not well looked after, which made the whole experience feel careless. I get that places get busy, but customers should still be treated with basic attention and the store should be kept in decent shape. I hope management takes some responsibility here and actually follows up on improving the service and cleanliness.

I was expecting to have to ask The Fold for an apology if the colour turned up looking nothing like the photos, because buying clothes online can be so hit or miss. But to be fair, it was almost exactly like it looked on the site. Even in normal daylight, the shade didn’t seem weirdly darker or brighter. It’s a relief when what arrives is actually what you thought you were buying, and it definitely makes me feel more comfortable trusting their photos next time...

I really liked the cut when I first tried it on, and it looked flattering. But after a short time, the seams started coming undone, which made me wonder if the quality is as good as it seems. Kind of disappointing because it had potential.
