Their clothes are amazing, high quality and their customer experience is beyond amazing.

I purchased some items in store and one wasn’t in stock in my size, so they got it delivered to me. There was an issue with the delivery, but she went above and beyond to sort it out and when chatting with her on the phone she was so flexible and accommodating to solve the issue.

And of course, the clothes are amazing quality.

went to purchase a dress and a blouse for my wife she had shown me using my laptop with vpn im in australia vpn was london based total price was 470 pounds(aprox $915) went to pay with paypal but was going to be charged $1250 for both items $335 more for just being in australia Why when paypal gives them 470pounds + shipping costs they dont really have to do anything different just 1 form for customs so for every item i purchase @235 gbp im being charged $160 more for each item sorry but thats just wrong way to treat overseas customers not going to be purchasing from this place and i purchase all my wifes clothing from europe, USA and overseas and have never come across this kind of price gouging from any other company ok occasionally shipping costs are higher but not to this amount

My customer support rep went out of her way to help me figure out the return process and provided lots of advice on what sizes to order! This was so important, as I’m in the US and cannot visit the shop — but I did not want that to keep me from ordering the beautiful clothes.
